Clearing, Pre-Funding & Micro-Escrow Terms
Specifications on Reserve Balances, Upstream Settlement, and Idempotency
1. Pre-Funded Reserve Balance Architecture
INDGM Core operates on an absolute pre-funded micro-escrow model. No credit lines or post-settlement overdrafts are issued. All automated orders dispatched via the wholesale REST API require an unencumbered USD balance equal to or greater than the transaction base cost plus platform clearing fees at the moment of ingress.
2. Two-Phase Micro-Escrow Protocol
Every transaction dispatched into the pipeline executes the following atomic phases:
- Phase 1 (Lock & Hold): The exact transaction cost is deducted from available reserves and isolated in an immutable
HELDescrow state. - Phase 2 (Supplier Verification & Settlement): Upon confirmed delivery from upstream provider nodes (e.g., VIP Reseller, SmileOne, Sancay), the held funds transition to
SETTLED. - Rollback (Abort & Refund): If upstream validation rejects the target account ID, or if fulfillment times out beyond the maximum execution window, the escrow engine triggers an automated sweep, instantly returning 100% of held funds back to the merchant's reserve balance.
3. Automated Dynamic Price Calibration & Margins
Wholesale costs are pegged to publisher rates and calibrated against prevailing interbank foreign exchange rates (e.g., IDR, PHP, BRL to USD). The Platform executes automated hourly price reconciliations. You agree that the effective debit per SKU will reflect the calibrated base cost stored at the exact microsecond of transaction initiation.
4. Idempotency & Duplicate Request Protection
Merchants are strictly required to transmit a unique idempotency_key (UUIDv4) with every order dispatch. In the event of network dropouts or client-side retry attempts, transmitting an identical idempotency key within a 24-hour window will return the cached original transaction response without double-debiting escrow reserves.
5. Deposit Inbound & Settlement Timing
Inbound reserves funded via automated digital currency or institutional wire clearing become available immediately upon required network confirmations or administrator verification. Deposited reserves represent advance commercial consideration for digital supply acquisition and are not interest-bearing deposits.
